Role Overview
The Administrative Professional and Marketing Specialist will provide executive-level support to the Managing and Founding Partners of StrongBox Wealth, ensuring they can operate at peak efficiency. This role is integral to the firm’s success, combining refined administrative capabilities with ownership of our Company marketing strategy and execution. The position requires daily face-to-face interaction with clients, colleagues, and external service providers, thus demanding professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and a meticulous standard of work.
