Prominent Century City law firm seeks talented Litigation Secretary/Assistant to join their firm. Litigation Assistant/Secretary should have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Litigation Assistant/Secretary will support complex litigation & transactional attorneys. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Duties include travel arrangements, calendar management, court filings, correspondence, drafting legal documents, manage files, enter attorney billable hours, and provide overall administrative support for attorneys at the firm.
