Application Analyst II/ EPIC Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Remote)

Pay: $60/hr. to $85/hr.

Shift Timing: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Contract Duration: 3 months (04/21/2025 – 07/24/2025) with possible extension up to 1 year

Licensure & Certifications:

• Required:
• Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification

Education & Experience:

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer principles
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in implementing and/or supporting an electronic health record application
• Preferred:
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Epic MyChart, Epic Questionnaires, and Epic Healthy Planet

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on supported platforms
• Identify and resolve basic and complex system issues
• Coordinate across teams for support, maintenance, and project-related activities
• Adhere to Froedtert Health's incident and change management processes within service level agreements
• Prepare system documentation to support troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and cross-training
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
• Participate in on-call processes and escalate tickets as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Notes:

• The role will begin as a 3-month contract with the potential for extension up to 1 year
• Fully remote position with standard business hours
