Job Description

Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, and portfolio oversight. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance and driving investment returns across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. This is an extremely hands-on position, responsible for a portfolio of about 10 properties nationwide.

*This is a full-time in-office position based out of Juno Beach, FL*

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and returns.
• Monitor financial performance, including NOI, rent growth, and expense control.
• Collaborate with 3rd party property management teams on leasing, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Analyze budgets, capital expenditures, and investment performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
• Regularly visit properties to ensure the execution of business plans.
• Responsible for an Asset Management Analyst

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills.
• Experience working with third-party property managers and leasing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
