Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Release equipment, understand schedules and budgets, assist with change orders, and anticipate scope gaps.
• Teach and unify the team, particularly Project Engineers (PEs), for cohesive project execution.
• Oversee installations, including work plans, submittals, RFIs, take-offs, and PE checklists.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors to discuss progress and address issues.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential errors or issues.
• Assess coordination needs prior to construction activities.
• Provide training and support to current Project Engineers.
• Oversee construction of major structures like chemical buildings, treatment buildings, and gravity thickeners.
• Plan and manage integration of new structures with existing ones.
• Utilize Bluebeam Studio for documentation and collaboration.
• Summarize daily progress, update checklists, and prepare for the next day's activities.

Must-Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience with water/piping/waste water civil projects
• Bluebeam experience, used for documentation, and viewpoint
• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Driven and organized individual

Plusses:

• Wastewater plant experience
