Experience: 1-3 years of experience in automotive engineering, technical support, or related roles.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with automotive systems and technologies (e.g., engine control units, transmission systems, electrical systems, infotainment systems).
Knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and software.
Understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, clients, and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure precision in diagnostics.
T eam Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with engineers and technicians.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
