From savory chaats and flavorful kebabs to mouthwatering dosas and innovative cocktails, each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and traditional spices, bringing a taste of India to the heart of D.C.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in the preparation and service of drinks, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Replenish stock of liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies, ensuring inventory is always available.
• Clean, organize, and maintain bar equipment and surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by ensuring the bar area is tidy and inviting.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by ensuring they have the tools and supplies needed to serve guests efficiently.
• Participate in restocking and inventory management to keep the bar well-supplied.
• Help with opening and closing bar duties, including cleaning and setup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes is a plus.
• Must be at least [insert legal drinking age] and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
