Job Title: Beverage Supervisor

Salary: $56,500 +

Status: Full Time

Shift: Varies

Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Beverage Supervisor to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee beverage outlets to ensure compliance with standards, health codes, and regulatory procedures.
• Manage supervisory staff’s administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Implement and monitor guest service standards, addressing deficiencies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, while handling multiple tasks and deploying resources.
• Lead the Beverage department in enhancing revenue, increasing profitability, and improving guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Colorado Gaming License.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs, and perform various physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in cash handling and using cash registers, POS terminals, and the Stratton-Warren Inventory system.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and demonstrating manual dexterity with job-related equipment.
• Expected to implement company policies, understand financial reports, meet budget expectations, and maintain high guest service levels.
