A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Hadoop/Big Data/Java Developer in Iselin, NJ (Hybrid).

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ yrs Hadoop Development / Big Data Engineer experience.
• 4+ yrs Advanced knowledge of Hadoop Eco systems and components.
• 4+ yrs building data pipelines, data migration experience is needed.
• 4+ yrs in-depth knowledge of: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Shell Scripting, Kafka.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
• 4+ years of experience in CDP, HDFS, Hadoop, Big Data Pipeline, Kafka, Spark, Scala or HIVE.

Desired Skills & Experience

• High Level Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good project management and communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
