Job Title: Billing Specialists
Location: Fitchburg Clinic - In Person, Not Remote
About the Role
Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA) is looking for Billing Specialists to support our growing practice. This is a great opportunity to put your dental billing knowledge to work in a team-focused, patient-centered environment. If you have experience in dental insurance, billing, or front desk operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient accounts and assist with billing inquiries in a HIPAA-compliant manner
Accurately process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and account adjustments
Verify and update insurance information for timely and accurate claim submission
Post payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with patients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve billing questions
What You Bring
Previous dental experience in billing, insurance coordination, or dental administration (required)
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with dental software and insurance systems is a plus
