Job Description

We're looking for a Brand Manager for a world leader in luxury African Safari travel. As Brand Manager , you'll be the guardian of their brand identity and visual narrative, overseeing all aspects of brand expression across digital and offline channels. This role integrates strategy, storytelling, and operational oversight, including video production, multichannel marketing, and content creation.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the brand’s visual and emotional resonance with UHNW clients while collaborating with internal teams and external specialists to deliver world-class campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Vision :

  • Develop and lead the implementation of a unified brand strategy that reflects the company's luxury ethos and vision.
  • Define the brand voice, visual standards, and messaging framework to inspire and engage UHNWIs.

Multichannel Marketing Oversight :

  • Create and oversee integrated campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across touchpoints.

Video Production and Content Oversight :

  • Lead the production of visually compelling videos that encapsulate the brand’s luxury and exclusivity.
  • Work with the freelance Photo and Video Manager to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee storyboarding, production planning, and final editing of video projects.

Performance Metrics and Insights :

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Salesforce.
  • Use insights to refine strategy and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.

Leadership and Collaboration :

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with the CMO, Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Editorial Director.
  • Partner with external freelancers and agencies to enhance output while maintaining brand standards.

Visual Asset Stewardship :

  • Ensure the delivery and curation of high-quality visuals for all channels.
  • Collaborate with the freelance Photo and Video Manager to maintain a consistent visual narrative that meets the brand’s ultra-luxe aesthetic.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Miami-based is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury branding, marketing, or related fields.
  • Expertise in video production and managing high-quality visual assets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with a focus on luxury markets.
  • A deep appreciation for travel, Africa, and sustainability is a plus.
  • Ability to work resourcefully on a smaller, globally-dispersed remote team.
  • Experience successfully managing third party agency relationships.
