At Synaptic, we help clients recognize business diversification opportunities and execute the right direct marketing solution. We act as the middleman between our AT&T and their customers, focusing on creating personalized, lasting relationships. Through these interactions, our AT&T Brand Trainees educate customers on products and services that may fit their lifestyles while spreading brand awareness throughout the Cleveland area for our clients.

We have just opened a spot on our team for an entry-level AT&T Brand Representative. This individual will be trained from the ground up by our leadership core and will have the opportunity to grow within the ranks into higher leadership and management roles and have a career in the ever-changing marketing industry!

What You'll Do as an AT&T Brand Representative:

• As an AT&T Brand Trainee, you will represent AT&T's products and services while engaging with customers and establishing continued communication with them so they can stay informed about any product updates or changes
• Our AT&T Brand Trainees become experts on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions
• Participate in hands-on training sessions focused on leadership and professional skills
• Working with other members of the Sales & Marketing team to share tips and develop strategic marketing and sales approaches to drive business growth
• Attending daily team meetings where you collaborate to set goals and standards are set
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Brand Representative:

• You must be 18 years or older to apply; a high school diploma required
• No experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to receive coaching! (1+ years of previous experience in customer service, restaurant industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus)
• Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
