Drive the business development efforts in the Denver area while working in a matrix environment with colleagues in operations, marketing, and sales. The business development role is essential for generating leads and must be visible in the community by educating and presenting to referral sources such as hospitals, home health agencies, outpatient therapy companies, senior services providers, industry partners, non-profit organizations, and physician offices. Conduct in-services, presentations, educational luncheons by introducing our solutions and services to clinicians, liaisons, physicians, patients, facility staff, and other referral sources. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to grow leads for the sales team. Participate in networking groups especially as they relate to the senior and long-term disability population.

This is a role where you will have autonomy, flexibility and setting your own schedule. It is expected that you will spend a majority of your time out in the field with the remaining time at our Englewood, CO office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

● Business Development

● Produce leads to exceed monthly sales quotas for Lifeway’s Denver office.

● Visit existing and new partners with an average of 10+ development calls per day.

● Utilize company ERP and CRM to manage lead sources, customers, and sales performance.

● Create and lead activities to grow business in key product areas.

● Reporting

● Update weekly reporting on leads, appointments, and sales.

● Prepare a monthly key performance metrics and activities report.

● Communicate with leadership regarding business development efforts and impact on results.

● Digital Marketing

● Produce weekly social media posts with engaging content.

● Maintain review acquisition and promote internally our review process.

● Create EBlast campaigns/templates for sales.

● Work with the corporate Lifeway Mobility marketing team regarding digital campaigns.

● Advertising Campaigns

● Identify, assess and implement print, direct mail and TV/Radio advertising opportunities.

● Develop advertising content and brand messaging.

● Create and design various print materials.

● Event Management

● Develop an annual event calendar for lead generation.

● Manage event booking/payment, negotiate costs, schedule setup and demonstrating staff, create booth design and layout, attend event to produce leads and appointments.

● Seek new event opportunities and analyze potential ROI.

● Create and maintain all event materials.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

● 5+ years of marketing and business development experience - preferably in healthcare.

● Established Denver community relationships and connections.

● Proven effective people and relationship skills.

● Strong ability to present and effectively communicate both verbally and written.

● Ability to work well independently as well as in groups.

● Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starter, trustworthy, empathetic, and problem-solving skills.

● Knowledgeable regarding home safety, falls risks and ADL’s of clients.

● Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.

● Must be able to work in ERP and other company software systems.

● Ability to access results, evaluate progress and adapt behaviors.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

● Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.

● Must have visual and hearing acuity.

● Performs duties in an office environment.

● Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.

● Travels throughout the Denver area to various offices and facilities with some time spent in office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● College degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare a plus along with 5+ related experience and/or training. Experience in non-medical home care, senior care, long term disability or other service industry preferred.

● Requires proficiency in electronic documentation of networking activity.

● Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive and professional business image.

● Valid driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.

COMPENSATION:

$80K - $120K in salary and bonus.
