We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and a passion for creating high-quality cabinetry. This role involves working on various projects and requires both precision and creativity. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for fabricating and assembling while ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create custom cabinets and fixtures
Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood materials
Able to safely operate all stationary machinery including table saws, panel saw, joiner & planer, shapers, and wide belt sander.
Perform heavy lifting as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to safety protocols while working with tools and machinery
Machine Set-up & Basic maintenance
Be proficient in woodworking tasks such as, milling lumber, cabinet construction, sanding, shaping, stile & rail door construction and assembly.
Experience
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking
Familiarity with CNC machined parts is a plus
Ability to lift heavy materials regularly and work in physically demanding environments
Proficiency in using various hand tools specific to cabinetry fabrication
A minimum of 3 years of professional millwork experience
Drills and Hand tools required. Shop will provide the rest.
