About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced C# & Python Developer to join our chip methodology development team in Lexington, KY . This role involves developing Python-based tooling to assist IP developers in generating SystemVerilog RTL . You'll collaborate with a small, focused team of 3-4 engineers, working on a project that streamlines hardware design workflows.

A potential secondary project may require C# expertise , making familiarity with both C# and Python highly desirable.

Work Arrangement:

• 100% on-site during the ramp-up period (at least one month ).
• After ramp-up, we may consider a hybrid arrangement (some remote days per week).
• Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM (early meetings with global teams).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based tooling for SystemVerilog RTL generation .
• Collaborate in a geographically diverse team environment.
• Utilize git and web-based repository tools ( Bitbucket, GitLab ).
• Participate in code commits, reviews, and collaborative development processes .
• Potentially contribute to a C#-based project depending on project needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with C# and Python .
• Strong familiarity with hardware description languages , preferably SystemVerilog .
• Experience with git and web-based repository tools ( Bitbucket, GitLab ).
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and provide regular progress updates .
• Experience working in collaborative coding environments , including code reviews and commits .

Interview Process:

1. Initial phone interview - Overview of role and expectations.
2. In-office interviews - 2-3 face-to-face interviews (approximately half a day).
