About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff (CoS) to join the core founding team of the company. As CoS, you will work directly with the CEO to streamline operations, drive strategic initiatives, and enable technological breakthroughs.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Streamline day-to-day operations, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflow protocols, including financial reporting and budget management.
• Support the CEO in fundraising and investor relations, including construction of pitch decks and data rooms, preliminary investor calls, and VC funnel management.
• Support business development efforts, including spearheading strategic initiatives, sourcing new business opportunities, and establishing key partnerships.
• Serve as liaison for the CEO in various external communication and public relations opportunities.

About you

The tangible

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 3+ years professional experience in operations, law, or finance.
• Hands-on experience in financial management and budgeting with an accounting software suite (e.g. QuickBooks).
• Experience in investor relations and/or preparation of business presentation decks.
• Demonstrated competency in professional networking and lead sourcing.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

About the process

Our recruiting process aims to maximize efficiency and provide quick response. We mean business and have no time to waste.

1. Intro call with the CEO, Adam Yaari (30-60min).
2. In-person interview with the leadership team (60-90min).
3. “Let’s give it a go” paid trial period (flexible; up to 4 weeks).

We may add an additional virtual call on case-by-case basis.
