CNC Machinists, who have experience in setup and programming, who want to broaden their career experience, are a good fit to this position, and we will invest in training on state of the art machinery. Experience with metal forming, spring manufacturing, CNC Wireforming equipment, and mechanical machines is desirable. Knowledge of SPC, electronic gauging, and other process improvement methods is a plus, as is experience with general metalworking machinery. After training completion, the candidate must understand testing of mechanical springs, and be able to read prints, and be responsible for their own setups.
