Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Fence Installer to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of commercial fencing types, including chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and steel systems. We provide the truck and trailer, and you'll work on a team committed to delivering high-quality results to our clients across Middle Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various types of commercial fencing (chain link, wood, vinyl, etc.)
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
• Measure and mark fence layouts accurately
• Dig post holes, mix concrete, and set posts to code
• Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized
• Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing fences (commercial experience strongly preferred)
• Must own and maintain your own tools necessary for installation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
