Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, experienced janitor/commercial cleaning person for our professional offices in Clearwater, Florida (33762).
- This job includes cleaning and maintaining common areas, restrooms, and office spaces daily including vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and other duties as needed.

- You must clear a background check and you must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Bilingual is ok, but you must be able to understand and communicate in English.
IMPORTANT :
This is a physical job that includes (but is not limited to) the following activities:
- You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 30lbs. and walk from building to building.
- You must be able to tolerate hot temps and cold temps outside while walking the property.
- You must be able to climb stairs and carry cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies.
- You must be able to climb stepstools or small ladders to clean above eye-level.
- You must be able to use your body strength to sweep, vacuum, wipe, and reach.
Requirements
- Work hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
