Our client, an award-winning and fast-growing commercial landscaping company, is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to drive our next phase of growth. With aggressive 2025 targets, we need a motivated and organized sales professional who thrives in a performance- based environment and is ready to build lasting client relationships. This is a full-cycle B2B sales role focused on selling commercial landscape maintenance and aquatic management contracts to HOAs, government entities, retail centers, office parks, industrial parks, and 55+ communities. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, estimating, presenting, and closing deals that generate long-term recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively identify, pursue, and close new commercial landscape maintenance and aquatic contracts
•Conduct on-site walk-throughs and assessments to generate accurate scopes and estimates
•Prepare proposals using company pricing tools and present to decision-makers
•Maintain consistent prospecting activity and pipeline reporting in Aspire CRM
•Attend local networking events and industry functions to grow your lead base
•Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth client hand-off and ongoing satisfaction
Performance Expectations
• Annual Sales Goal: $1.25M–$2.0M in new recurring contract revenue
• Weekly Activity Goals:
•10–15 new prospect touches
•4–6 on-site property assessments
•2–4 proposals submitted
• Reporting: Track sales activity and pipeline in Aspire CRM weekly Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
•2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in landscaping, construction, or facility services
•Landscape industry knowledge is required—including terminology, service scopes, and maintenance standards
•Experience submitting proposals to HOAs, government agencies, and 55+ communities
•Demonstrated ability to sell $1M+ in recurring contracts annually
•Strong understanding of commercial property structures and procurement processes
•Proficient with CRM systems (Aspire preferred), estimating tools, and proposal software
•Excellent communication, follow-through, and closing ability
•Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Must have:
