Job Description

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the total cost of a Commercial Construction project including all ancillary costs to complete the project. The Estimator will fulfill all usual estimating activities including job walks, bid submissions, bid openings and local Trade involvement as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates

Qualifications & Experience REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Construction Estimating experience REQUIRED
• Roofing estimating, commercial, all-types, REQUIRED
• Waterproofing estimating, commercial, above- and below-grade, all types, REQUIRED
• Building envelope/facade replacement estimating, all-types, REQUIRED
