LOCATION:

• On-site in Lenoir, NC Monday - Thursday

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Participate in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, suggest cost-reducing strategies, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Review contract documents with all project participants (clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, regulators) to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Finalize and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with the owner’s contract, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinate and deliver all requirements to subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules.
• Ability to maintain a secure, safe, and respectful work environment by implementing safety, EEO, risk management, training, and quality control programs.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :

• Project Manager who has experience in General Contracting (GC) and commercial construction projects , in market segments including technology, power/energy, mission critical, corporate services, health sciences/medical, financial services, and public sectors
• 5-7 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of managing people, multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Must have leadership experience managing a team of at least 10
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project for project tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Procore experience preferred
