Job Description
Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for Education, Healthcare, and Commercial, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction knowledge and experience, as well as proficiency in Procore, Project, P6, and MS Office. Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget, and promptly address any issues or delays.
- Oversee all aspects of project quality control, including materials, workmanship, and safety protocols.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and codes.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the Education, Healthcare, or Commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in Procore, Project, P6, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- PMP or LEED certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.
