Overview:

An expanding structural steel fabricator/erector is launching a new operations group in Twin City, GA. We’ve been engaged to identify a Project Manager who can lead this growth initiative, as well as the oversight of both current and future projects while driving efficiency and streamlining execution in a rapidly expanding market.

What You'll Do:

• Manage new construction steel projects from estimating through completion.
• Partner with detailing, shop, and installation teams to align drawings and execution.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders while upholding quality standards.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within a growing project team.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in structural steel project management or similar construction sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with external partners.
• Self-starter attitude suited to a startup-like environment within an established business.
