Now Hiring Superintendents – Ground Up Fuel and Grocery Project experience required- Immediate need in Lancaster but also open to other locations listed below.

We have an immediate need for more than 10 Superintendents in the next 60 days to lead multiple ground up construction projects across California.

Upcoming 2025 Projects Include:

• Elk Grove – Whole Foods Market
• Los Gatos – Grocery project
• Modesto – Fuel/Grocery project
• Hemet – Fuel/Grocery project
• Tulare – Fuel/Grocery project
• Lancaster – Fuel center
• Additional projects starting statewide

What We Offer:

• Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
• Lodging, per diem, and travel expenses covered
• Steady pipeline of projects (16+ in the next 8 months)
• Long term growth into higher level Superintendent roles

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing ground up fuel centers, grocery, or large retail builds
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver projects on time, safely, and to quality standards
