Job Description

Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Employment Type: W2 only (no C2C or 1099)

Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension

Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (W2-based)

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week following a 3-week, full-time, in-office training period

Position Summary

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter with fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to support team and workforce human resources needs. This role will lead recruiting efforts from candidate outreach through onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR to meet workforce demands.

The position supports a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results that align with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding processes and coordinate new hire orientation and training.
  • Engage candidates and new hires with clear communication of organizational values, expectations, and policies.
  • Maintain compliance through accurate recruiting and personnel documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruiting processes in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships across job levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles and timelines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage across diverse teams.
