Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients throughout the entire design and build process, from initial concept to final execution. Your expertise in interior design, keen eye for aesthetics, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in delivering exceptional living spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional client meetings at showrooms and jobsites, guiding them through the selection process with expertise and insight.
• Collaborate closely with clients to translate their vision into meticulously designed homes that reflect their individual style and preferences.
• Create accurate AutoCAD drawings, including cabinetry layouts, tile layouts, and plumbing layouts, ensuring precise execution of design plans.
• Compile and present design boards to illustrate selection cohesiveness and facilitate client decision-making.
• Upload selections and drawings into construction management software for client approval.
• Assist in conceptual design and architectural redlines, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in conveying thoughts and ideas to clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interior Design degree or related field work, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create accurate drawings and layouts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical mindset and ability to think creatively to solve design challenges.
• Comfortable walking jobsites and interacting with construction teams as needed.
• Availability to work from the office Monday through Friday during normal business hours, as remote work is not possible due to client meetings at our Design Center.
