Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Franklin, IN for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support tasks, and analyzing customer service metrics. Daily tasks will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional service, and implementing customer service strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience (bonus if it’s in retail or e-commerce).
• Great communicator — friendly, clear, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently (you won’t have a team to manage, just your own groove).
• Basic bookkeeping know-how (QuickBooks, Wave, or Excel experience is awesome).
• Proficient use of Microsoft-related programs
• A love for small business life and all the hats we wear.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
