Position Summary

Auto Sport Detailing is hiring a dependable and motivated  Introductory Detailer to join our team in Santa Rosa. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of auto detailing who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services that meet our standards and exceed client expectations. This is your opportunity to build a career in the automotive appearance industry while working alongside an experienced and passionate crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level detailing services including vehicle washing, vacuuming, wipe downs, and interior cleaning
• Follow ASD’s detailing standards and complete assigned jobs efficiently and correctly the first time
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including shop floors, bays, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and service writers regarding job status and needs
• Track time and services accurately to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a team-first shop culture
• Learn and adhere to ASD’s systems, expectations, and quality benchmarks

Position Requirements

• Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing processes, tools, and products
• Ability to complete jobs on time without the need for corrections
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Consistent timeliness and reliable work attendance
• Willingness to maintain a clean workspace and follow safety protocols
• Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to learning ASD’s full operation and expectations

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Additional merit pay is available based on performance
• Five sick days per year
• Paid holidays
• Medical insurance benefits (eligibility applies)
• Use of shop facilities for personal vehicle detailing
