Job Description: The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for executing customer-facing email and SMS campaigns, maintaining accurate reporting, and managing workflows within an email marketing platform for our client. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deploy customer-facing email campaigns by building workflows and modifying templates to meet marketing objectives.
• Deploy employee and Ambassador email campaigns by managing audience lists and facilitating content reviews.
• Proofread and click-proof all customer-facing email and SMS communications.
• Conduct monthly audits of recurring scheduled campaigns to ensure content accuracy and workflow integrity.
• Maintain reports on campaign performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Document processes and develop technical training materials.
• Research and develop ideas for new email & SMS campaigns and programs, based on competitor analysis and best practices.

Must Haves:

• Work Experience: 1+ years in marketing or communications.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong documentation and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, working well with tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Other: Self-starter with a creative and proactive approach to work.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in email and/or SMS marketing.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Adobe Campaign.
• Familiarity with project management principles or coursework in this area.
