Digital Marketing Manager

This is a full-time position based out of our Irvine office.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Their primary objective is to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through strategic digital initiatives. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, they analyze data, optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment with the latest digital marketing trends. With a commitment to excellence, the Digital Marketing Manager consistently monitors and analyzes data to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

Salary range: $75k-$90k annually

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, monitor website analytics, and perform regular SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, including optimizing landing pages, forms, and website elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, to ensure optimization for each platform.
  • Continuously test marketing tactics to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay relevant on industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of various digital channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Prefer one year’s experience working with seniors, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry.
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care.
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to operate office equipment including copier and telephone.
  • Able to adapt and respond to change, make decisions, and prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Able to read, write and speak the English language to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, physicians, health care professionals, residents, and their families.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
