Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Promotion Planner to join our in-house team at our Port St Lucie, FL office. This role will be instrumental in planning, setting up, and executing weekly and seasonal promotional campaigns on our Shopify storefront, ensuring accurate implementation, alignment across teams, and optimization for revenue and brand goals.

Responsibilities:

• Promotion Planning & Calendar Management
• Build and manage a weekly and seasonal promotional calendar, coordinating timing with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.
• Translate high-level marketing and product strategies into detailed promotional briefs and timelines.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on promotion goals, deliverables, and launch dates.
• Plan ahead for key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day, new product drops) and ensure promotional strategies are executed on time.
• Shopify Campaign Execution Support
• Coordinate the setup of promotional campaigns within Shopify, including discounts, bundles, flash sales, and tiered offers.
• Collaborate with the Shopify Manager to ensure promotions are live on-time and functioning correctly.
• Work with creative and copy teams to ensure landing pages, banners, product pages, and site messaging reflect the promotion accurately.
• Double-check all customer-facing elements before launch to avoid pricing errors or miscommunication.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to promotions, including conversion rate, AOV, revenue lift, and redemption rate.
• Conduct post-mortems on promotions to identify what worked, what didn’t, and where future improvements can be made.
• Recommend improvements to promotion structure, cadence, and testing strategies based on historical results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
• Act as the point person for coordinating across marketing, creative, product, Shopify operations, and customer support to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and QA processes to reduce launch errors and increase campaign speed.
• Support broader e-commerce initiatives where promotion timing or setup overlaps.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing operations, or campaign planning, ideally within a DTC environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms), including how discounts and promotions are structured.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple promotions and timelines simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when working with pricing, promotions, and campaign setup.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally across departments.
• Preferred: Interest or background in health, fitness, or wellness industries.
