Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Fabricator for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity! This role begins with comprehensive training in Albany, NY, before transitioning to a permanent work location in Queensbury, NY. • Hours and Benefits for the Electrical Fabricator:
• Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday.
• Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience.

• Responsibilities for the Electrical Fabricator:
• Assemble and wire control panels and systems with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with System Engineers to ensure timely project completion and accurate documentation.
• Test and document control panels in both shop and field environments.
• Perform field installations, including conduit and wiring, terminations, and testing.
• Conduct field service and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively.

• Requirements for the Electrical Fabricator:
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required. A 2-year degree in Electrical Technology or a related field will be helpful.
• Experience:
• Familiarity with instrumentation, control devices, PLCs, MMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience in wiring and control system assembly is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
