What you’ll be doing:
- In this role, you will be responsible for building prototype harnesses and electrical subsystems based on preliminary pinouts, schematics, and drawings, and assist in debugging and design validation
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes of diverse electrical issues stemming from the ongoing development of harnesses, ECUs, and software
- Identify and resolve issues by tracing faults to specific wiring problems (such as incorrect pinouts or wire sizes) or isolating failures at the module or device level (e.g., non-functional CGM)
Need to have:
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledgeable in wire harness systems, electrical schematics, related terminology, and harness quality standards
- Hands-on experience with automotive harnesses, including crimping, wire stripping, soldering, de-pinning, and working with small terminals and molded components
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
