Optomi, in partnership with a leading company in the Supply Chain & Distribution Industry, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager for their Katy, TX location! This Program Manager will be responsible for leading a large-scale warehouse management system (WMS) implementation, managing multiple distribution centers, and integrating advanced automation technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a $22 million implementation project while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Experience of the right candidate:

• 5+ years of Program Management experience across multiple business functions.
• 10+ years of Project Management or applicable leadership experience in IT and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate project progress and risks to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS integrations (highly preferred).
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including 70+ indirect reports and 4 dedicated Project Managers.
• PMP, PgMP, or ScrumMaster certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-value WMS implementation across multiple distribution centers.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, supply chain partners, and senior leadership.
• Manage program scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop program charters, project plans, risk management strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth integration of automation technologies within the distribution network.
• Drive change management efforts, ensuring a seamless adoption of new technologies across the supply chain.
• Monitor and analyze program performance, providing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing recommendations for strategic process improvement
