Job Description

Offering employment opportunity for full-time fence installer. Field operations position, on-site for various project locations daily/weekly. Provide quality installations and craftsmanship through accurate measurements and trade installation technics using various industry equipment and tools. Responsible for continued excellence in client servicing in the field once established by business office team. Resolve client project installation inquiries/concerns in the field or seek resolution through internal business resources and direct report to provide an answer, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily preparedness
• All business trucks are ready for use in any business scenario that arises
• Service trucks are inventoried and stocked with necessary supplies
• Client project materials are loaded/secured and ready for project installations
• Have an awareness of all daily field operations to provide support to other field team members should it be needed
• Maintain and careful use of equipment and tools to ensure a safe work environment
• Work with all team members in keeping all workspaces and property clean and safe

Qualifications Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year work experience in the trade
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 80lbs unassisted to load and unload various materials/equipment. Navigate project-site terrain while demonstrating safety guidelines.
