Elder Law & Estate Planning Associate Attorney Do you have an internal drive to help people, especially the elderly? At Hurley Elder Care Law, Atlanta’s premier elder law firm, we are looking for an Associate Attorney who is eager to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. You will work alongside a compassionate team of attorneys, social workers, public benefits specialists, and healthcare professionals to help clients navigate complex legal, financial, and care decisions. Compensation: Commensurate with Experience — Starting at $100,000 + Bonus. Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney, You Will: • Provide high-quality legal services and creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. • Communicate clearly and compassionately with elderly clients and their families. • Manage a diverse caseload with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness. • Conduct presentations to professionals and community groups. • Collaborate with the Founding Attorney and team to deliver outstanding client outcomes. • Travel as needed for client appointments, court hearings, and educational events. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Georgia Bar license . • 1–3 years of professional experience post-college (experience in estate planning or elder law preferred but not required). • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in working with older adults and their families. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document drafting. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Eagerness to learn the intricacies of elder law and public benefits.
