LVI are working with a fast-growing exterior restoration company serving the beautiful Florida Panhandle. From concrete restoration, structural repair, roofing. and waterproofing, this company helps reconstruct / repair large commercial structures in North Florida. As they expand, they're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join the team and play a key role in their continued success. As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for evaluating project scopes, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting our sales and production teams with timely and precise information. Your work will directly impact the ability to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements for commercial exterior restoration projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and timelines.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare bids.
• Track and manage estimates through the project lifecycle.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in exterior restoration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
