Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests and attendees
Collaborate with team members to meet event timelines and objectives
Ensure event spaces are prepared according to guidelines and standards
Respond promptly to on-site needs or adjustments during events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Flexibility to support varying event schedules when required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Competitive salary ($46,000 – $49,000 annually)
