You will support a dynamic team of investment professionals with global travel coordination, expenses and heavy calendar management. This is a special opportunity to join a team with an incredible culture, warm environment, and outstanding benefits! **This is a Hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite in Palo Alto The Day to Day: Responsible for heavy business calendar management for multiple executives Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail Plan and execute both onsite and offsite events Collaborate with EA team Act as back up to Reception on as needed basis Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed What we’re looking for: Minimum 2+ years of experience providing admin support Bachelor’s degree required Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy Meticulous with details Team mentality Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills High proficiency in technical skills Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Salary: $90k - 100k + Bonus + Superb Benefits!
