Role Description:

Springer & Steinberg P.C. is seeking a seasoned, self-starting Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position, and we need someone who can immediately adapt to the fast-paced and high-profile nature of family law cases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex family law matters, particularly divorce cases that require meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and review legal documents related to family law cases
• Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and opposing parties
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather information to support case strategies
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
• Meet tight deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks

This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will need to stay highly organized, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information with discretion. The position is based in our gorgeous new penthouse office in Denver, and you will be expected to work primarily on-site.
