Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is actively looking for a Field Service Technician who will provide onsite assistance to customers during the manufacture of aircraft.

Summary:

• Replace/troubleshoot faulty electronic components and other damaged parts, adjusting misaligned panels / trim pieces
• Rework and stamp pickups self-identified and/or written during the build of the aircraft.
• Maintain a good rapport and respond promptly to all communication with customers.
• Follow safety guidelines or processes established by the organization at all times.
• Driving company van and safely transporting other technicians
• Attend daily standup meeting.
• Adhere to training requirements that relate to flight line, safety and other courses throughout the year.

You have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in a related technical field preferred
• Minimum of two years of field service experience related to troubleshooting and repairs required.
• Hands on electrical troubleshooting knowledge i.e. testing voltage and continuity.
• Demonstrated participation in continuous improvement efforts.
• Natural mechanical ability with hand and power tools
• Basic working knowledge of CMMS, engineering drawings and other technical documents.
• Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with MS Office
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• A valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport.
• Ability to work well under stressful situations.
• Excellent customer service experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to travel both domestic and internationally on some occasion.
