The Field Training & Communications Specialist is responsible for the creation and execution of sales training content that drives Independent Consultant’s success, engagement and growth. They will create content that will be featured within the training library and Arbonne App platform focused on topics such as sales development, leadership, team building and the compensation plan. The role will also include support for on-going updates to our web systems training content.

What You’ll be Doing

• Assist in the development of training videos and PDF content that support New Consultant growth in sales, teambuilding, and business development.
• Manage content production through Creative Team development, compliance review, stakeholder acceptance and launch.
• Execute monthly communications of all product launches, promotions and earning incentives via creation and launch of Month at a Glance and Blueprint
• Build curriculum for Learn Paths within Arbonne App to ensure onboarding and ongoing field training needs are consistently met
• Support all areas of the Training Team and Communications Team project needs
• Collaborate with Legal, BEST and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance policies and procedures are followed for all training content.
• Each employee is responsible for raising awareness of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and should actively participate in activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities
• As an employee of a purpose-driven company, you are required to establish a goal relative to social and environmental impact

What You Need:

• Previous training content creation and or delivery experience
• Experience in writing curriculum or training aids
• Experience with MLM systems, policies and procedures
• Proficient at Microsoft Office, experience with Verb a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects while staying organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Curious, talented and extremely collaborative
• Passionate, positive and eager to take on new things
• Self-motivated and inspirational to others
• Experience working with Arbonne Field leadership and Independent Consultants a plus
