Job Title: General HR&Admin associate-US business connection
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations between the company's U.S. and China operations, ensuring efficient human, administrative, financial, legal and tax operations. This role will work across departments to support the company's global operations and ensure compliance, particularly with respect to legal, cultural, tax and financial differences between the United States and China. This role will provide strategic support to the U.S. and China markets, optimize the company's resource allocation and ensure compliance.
Main responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management (Sino-US cross-border) :
• Coordinate and manage recruitment, training, performance management and turnover processes in both China and the United States to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Design and implement human resources policies for multinational companies to promote cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
• Manage the cross-border compensation and benefits system to ensure that the compensation structure and benefits are in compliance with labor laws and regulations in both countries.
• Provide employee relations support to resolve labor disputes and welfare issues between employees of both locations.
• Support the career development and growth of employees in China and the United States, and promote global talent mobility and knowledge sharing.
2. Administrative Management (Sino-US coordination) :
• Manage and optimize administrative processes in both locations to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including office management, administrative support, etc.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and corporate events between the two locations, and support collaboration and communication between multinational teams.
• Monitor administrative compliance between the two locations to ensure that the company's office environment and contracts meet the legal requirements of both countries.
Manage international office facilities, equipment maintenance and office resource allocation.

1. Financial Management (Sino-US connection) :
• Coordinate financial statement preparation and budget management in China and the United States to ensure that the company's financial data are accurate and in compliance with local financial standards.
Monitor and analyze the company's financial position in the United States and China to support management in making strategic decisions.
Manage cross-border capital flows and ensure international payments, exchange rate risk management and capital allocation.
• Cooperate with the audit work of the two places to ensure financial transparency and compliance with financial regulatory requirements in the United States and China.
2. Legal Management (Sino-US compliance) :
• Ensure that all activities operated by the company in the United States and China comply with relevant laws and regulations, especially in the areas of transnational contracts, labor laws and intellectual property rights.
• Responsible for reviewing and negotiating the company's business contracts between China and the United States, ensuring that the legal terms are fair and reasonable, and reducing legal risks.
• Resolve legal disputes between China and the United States and coordinate support from outside law firms.
• Provide cross-border legal support to ensure compliance of business operations in the areas of labor relations, consumer protection, data privacy, etc.
3. Tax Administration (Transnational Tax planning) :
Manage the company's tax planning and filing in the United States and China to ensure tax compliance and maximize tax efficiency in both jurisdictions.
Monitor tax policy changes in the United States and China, analyze their impact on the company's operations and provide strategies to deal with them.
• Coordinate the company's tax audits and tax issues in both countries to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Provide tax optimization advice to help companies reduce their tax burden and comply with international tax agreements.
• Support management in making strategic decisions, particularly in cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and tax compliance.
Job requirements:
• Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in law, finance, taxation, international business management, human resource management, etc.
• Work experience: at least 2 years of general management experience in multinational enterprises, Sino-US cross-border business management experience is preferred.
• Professional Skills:
• Familiar with labor law, tax law, contract law and other laws and regulations of China and the United States.
• Proficiency in transnational financial management, tax compliance and accounting standards.
• Have cross-cultural communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, able to deal with cultural differences and management challenges between the two countries.
• Proficient in English, (Chinese or Cantonese)with fluent written and spoken communication skills, able to play a leadership role in a multicultural team.
• Proficient in financial software, office software and international trade and tax management tools.
• Personnel Qualification:
• Native work status in the United States, with a preference for citizenship
