I’m partnered with a top general contractor in Northern California that has built its reputation on delivering some of the region’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. They are now seeking an experienced General Superintendent to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role on large-scale heavy civil projects , with a focus on earthworks, paving, and grading . As a General Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force in the field — leading crews, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll do:

• Overseeing all field operations on major earthwork, paving, and grading projects
• Leading and mentoring project teams, foremen, and field staff
• Managing schedules, resources, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Ensuring safety and quality are upheld across all phases of work
• Serving as the key liaison between the field, project management, and executive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in earthworks, paving, and grading projects
• Ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale field operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence
