HOW YOU WOULD SUMMARISE THE ROLE

As VP of Product Management, you will take the helm of one of our most transformative platforms. Your mission? To lead its evolution, drive adoption, and shape how pharmaceutical enterprises modernize and innovate at scale, accelerating molecule to market. This role is pivotal to VML's commitment to delivering faster, smarter, and more cost-effective solutions for our clients while empowering our internal teams with tools that enhance productivity and quality. By driving the development of robust product frameworks, success metrics, and adoption strategies, you will empower our clients with the tools they need to excel in today's fast-paced, innovation-driven landscape.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Define and Drive Product Vision: Craft and articulate a compelling vision that aligns with our efficiency x effectiveness modernization goals.
• Collaborate and Influence: Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and execute the roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities that transform pain points into impactful solutions.
• Shape Innovation: Harness AI-driven technologies integrated seamless into workflows to deliver operational efficiency and scalability by both augmenting teams and automating tasks.
• Lead Product Lifecycle Management: Own the feature list, roadmap and global adoption of the product. Ensure seamless integration into function workflows and scale the platform's capabilities to meet business needs.
• Measure Impact: Establish and track metrics (KPIs) to measure platform adoption, productivity improvements, and business outcomes. Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve the platform.
• Foster Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring the product evolves as a strategic enabler of business transformation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Product Leadership Expertise: Proven experience leading AI-powered platforms and products supporting flexible integration protocols and adaptability to address bespoke workflow needs.
• Visionary Thinking & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to conceptualize innovative AI-driven solutions that simplify complexity and deliver measurable business impact. Thrives with a certain level of uncertainty and autonomy, yet manages to navigate among multiple stakeholders (internally and externally).
• Agility and Adaptability: Experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to drive rapid iteration and delivery.
• AI and Market Expertise: Familiarity with LLM applications, agentic AI, and market trends.
• Personality and approach: Collaborative, positive, result driven, energetic, self-driven, ethical, emphatic, robust, daring, executional (can do - get things done attitude).

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
