Position Overview

We are seeking a Mechanic to service, repair, and maintain our diverse fleet of equipment. This includes everything from farm tractors and sod harvesters to excavation equipment, trucks, trailers, forklifts, and specialized turf equipment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a team atmosphere where reliability and pride of workmanship matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain farm, turf, and construction equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, tractors, trailers, and specialized turf machinery
• Service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Keep equipment clean, safe, and operating at peak efficiency
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Collaborate with operations and field crews to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Assist with occasional field repairs or service needs

Requirements

• 3 years experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with operation of farm and/or construction equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work in a timely manner
• Willingness to relocate to Manheim, PA before starting work (required)

Schedule & Pay

• Standard 8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• $30-38 per hour
• Overtime available (time and a half pay after 8 hours daily)
• Ability to earn $90,000 - $100,000 annually
