Your Role:📍 Full-time, 40 hours per week with a 28-point weekly requirement 📍 Travel across Highland Park, Lake Forest, North Chicago, Grayslake, Gurnee, Antioch, Wauconda, Mundelein & surrounding areas 📍 Serve as a key support RN for staff on PTO, LOA, or vacant positions 📍 When workload is light, work from our Northbrook office conducting chart audits, mentoring staff, and supporting clinical operations
What We’re Looking For:🔹 Active Illinois RN License 🔹 Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute hospital setting (Med-Surg, Telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred) 🔹 At least 2 years of Home Health experience
