Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Sugar Hill, GA area that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding, new hire paperwork, i9's, reporting, HRIS maintenance (ADP), and special projects. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• New hire paperwork
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• HRIS maintenance
• Reporting and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
• ADP experience is preferred
