Job Title: HR Director

Location: Salem, Oregon

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive business success.
  • HR Function Development: Build and enhance HR processes, systems, and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to attract and nurture top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement performance management systems to drive high performance and support career growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and proactively manage HR-related risks.
  • Training and Development: Lead the design and delivery of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and organizational goals.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and strategic HR management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
